Detailed description:Hello, I've got problem with WIFI connection from beginning. It is losing connection all the time/has problem with connection. Problem started when I wanted to connect when W10 configuration. I was able to connect only with mobile hotspot.
I've tried all common steps to resolve problem. Restarting, instaling newest drivers etc.
Other devices (laptop, phone) placed in the same spot have no problem with connection.
I noticed that connection to my wifi spot isn't very good on ASUS, using command:
'netsh wlan show interface'
Signal         : 57%
But for other laptop in the same spot is much better:
'netsh wlan show interface'
Signal         : 88%
But is that a problem?
Can you help with that?

Hello. My BIOS version is: American Megatrends Inc. FA506IV.311, 11.09.2020. Hope that is what you asked. Is it ok?

BIOS 313 now, the problem is still there.

This weekend I'll update the wi-fi router from 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz) to 802.11 ac (5GHz). Though, in my opinion, it would not make much sense to make such a huge difference. But I want to cover any possibility.

In any case, do you have any other recommendations? Thanks!

Hello n.claudiu7,
Were you using any bluetooth device at the same time?
or have you tried another router or if you have a wifi adapter, you may plug to the laptop.
Thank you.

Bluetooth was off on laptop. I did not try another router (I am buying one this weekend to see the result) and I do not have a wi-fi adapter. So far, that would be any possibility to solve it? Thanks!

Hello n.claudiu7,
It's hard to tell from the information so far.
Let me know how's the new router.
Thank you.
