Battery draining and battery problem

Hi Asus
My Asus zenfone max pro m1 battery is draining very fast . When I don't use the phone it takes 4 hours to drain battery from 100-20 %. And there is a small bump on the back of the phone.
I think this is the bump of battery.

With 60hz it gives about 12-14 hrs backup with 90hz it gives approx 10hrs.Post update it is draining like hell.
Even black crush issue is horrible...
Very much disappointed Asus please fix this ASAP. or replace my phone😤
