Hey Asus Team when you provide Android 10 update via ota. yet you not provide any information regarding Android 10 update via fota please share your problems with us why you late this update day by day every month you give new excuses that (we are working,due to pandemic etc ) please give a correct reason why you delayed this update so we are understand your issue and if you not facing any isuue so please provide update at the end of November please if possible fixed all bugs on this update like speaker,camera, network, display touch issue, battery backup everything.. please 🙏😒😒

Even if someday they deign to do this update, which I doubt!! This update will arrive too late.
And that's is the opinion of a costumer very disapointed with this brand.

It is so sad to have been waiting for an update for 10 months that it would never be released after all. Android 10 final version for the Zenfone Max Pro M1 and M2 is a joke and a lack of respect for the customer.
Does it cost a lot to talk to customers and say something with sense, instead of having answers repeated for months and always by the same moderator? Shame on you, what a dysfunctional company in the smartphone segment.
