Viewing photos in Google app, brightness changing

When viewing photos in Google photo app, the pictures pop up brighter, but while you slide to the next picture, normal brightness is restored, until the next picture is ready to be viewed, then that picture pops up brighter and do on...doesn't made a difference if the photos are backed up or not... Strange, not ok...no filter set up...

I cannot confirm such a behaviour with Google Photos version 4.22.0.263006408

I got the same issue too see my recorded video for better understanding. I even checked my google account photo app on another android device too there is no pop up brightness like 6z has.

This issue is caused by the new version of google photo album. It is recommended that you adjust splendid back to standard.

Settings > Display > Splendid > Standard

or

Settings > Display >Screen color mode > Standard

Changing the Wide color gamut to Standard can solve this problem before Google fixes the issue.
