Phone heating.

So I noticed one thing that when I watch movies in Netflix or Amazon prime, my phone gets very hot reaching temperature at 38 degrees, is this normal?
Phone is very hot to touch.

Because the phone frame is made of metal and the back case made of glass which I think an insulator of heat which trap heat and transfer it directly on the bottom frame. PS. idk what I'm talking about
