If it is working properly in calculator test, then the hardware itself is fine. Probably some bugs in game. Tried factory reset before?

Are you using any sort of screen protector or third-party case?
Is it possible you have a Tencent-branded device flashed with global ROM?
Do you have the same issues outside of gaming? Home screen, browsing Chrome etc.
