Whatsapp heads up notification

Hi guys I am using Rog 3 Strix Edition, and previously i'm unable to get Whatsapp heads up notifications, I just get sound of the message or group message but no notifications at all but in my Twin app of whatsapp everything seems fine. Any 1 else faced or facing this issue??

Can you confirm, if your software version is .99.
Check under Settings => System => About => Software information.
Also, kindly go into settings of WhatsApp and General setting check if all permissions are given and Notification is active.

Yes it's .99 and all the required permissions are given for both apps(twins) only not getting notifications on top of screen when I receive any group or chat message in whatsapp main app, twin is working fine. Did a reinstall also no help
