zenbook ux430 - pulsing sound coming from bottom right hand side, mainly when charging
Hi, I recently bought an Asus ux430 - it's less than 6 weeks old. The last week, whenever I charge it, it makes a pulsing sound from the bottom right hand side every couple of seconds. It sometimes does it when not on charge too but it is mainly when charging. Does anyone know what it might be?
It's in warranty but the company have said it will take about 4 weeks to investigate and send back and I don't have a spare device.
edit - it's now making the pulsing sound when unplugged and running from battery too - roughly every 5 seconds

Hello Tim,
may I have a sound record of the issue?
thank you.
Hi Blake,
No problem, attached above
Thanks
Hi Blake,
It seems pretty normal according to the video, just the fan spinning, sorry that I can't recognize the pulsing sound.
It is normal that when charging, the device is hotter so the fan would be running.
May you check if your BIOS is updated?
Thank you.
