My NEW zenbook 14 isn't working

A few days ago I have bought myself a new zenbook 14 laptop. For the first 2 days it worked fine but the 3 day I connected it with my monitor and since then the screen is black occasionally I can see my mouse coursor. Even if I disconnect it from the monitor the screen remains black. I don't know what to do especially since the laptop is literally brand new

Check to see if everything is right in device manager, and double check system devices (if you can). If you can't do anything, try to enter BIOS. If that works, then it's a bad driver. Try to go in safe mode and install all the drivers from ASUS support center.
