It's not even log in

Go to settings -> accounts -> add account.
Click on Google, put in your whole email id as following format abc@xyz.edu.xy
Put in your password. If it's a new ID then password must be your birthdate as DDMMYY or DDMMYYYY. Then change your password as required.

I tried it but it's not taking
I have already logedin to this email in laptop
There is no problem but in asus mobile it's not taking
It is downloading some device policies app by default and that's it
It's giving faild to login

Please talk to your schools IT department. They probably have a guide that you can follow. Gmail is used by a lot of people so I'm sure you're going to figure it out.
