ROG 3 Cannot connect to Kunai 3 gamepad by Bluetooth

I've just bought the kunai 3 gamepad. According to the user guide, it said the kunai 3 can be connected to my Rog 3 by turning to the Bluetooth mode, and clicking one time the home botton and then click it one more time for 3-5 seconds until the white light occurs. The breathing light should be blue and lights for a few times.

Yet, I've followed all the steps. The breathing light was green and when I click it for 3-5 seconds, it seems to reboot or shut down itself by showing no light. The whole process continues as I've tried it few times.


PLEASE PROVIDE THE SOLUTION FOR BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. THANK YOU.

    Have you flipped the button on the gamepad from USB to BT?

    1. Hold the button for 2-3 seconds until the lights turn on (green).
    2. Hold the button down for 4-5 seconds and then release - it should not blink blue.
    3. You might need to charge the Kunai first to make sure it has battery.
