System UI isn't responding ASUS Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 (ZC553KL)

I kept getting this notification "System UI isn't responding", even after restarting my phone. I tried clearing the cache of the System UI app. but it keeps appearing. Please I need some solution to fix this. Thank you

Thank you for your asking. Please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
