1. Please try to back up your data to PC via USB.
2. Try following steps to access recovery mode.
a. Keep pressing "volume down key"
b. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration
c. Still keep pressing "volume down key" and stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
d. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset"

I am unable to charge my phone now. My batttery has totally become weak because of the update. Whenever i charge the phone it keeps automatically booting up. I am unable to go into the recovery mode also because of this. Please provide a fix to this as many consumers are reporting the same issue.
Hello, the same issue has occured on my Max Pro M1. Phone is booting, Asus logo appears and then phone turn off. Battery is charged. Recovery mode can't be initiated, phone just turn off.
Please provide some hint, this is very bad for Asus reputation when phone just stops working!
You can try to flash ROM again and if you can open Fastboot recovery.
Or else visit nearest service centre, they will help you with the issue.
This is a game played by #asus, then had send the firmware update and after a week or two all those devices updated had been switched off, all are having same problem, phone switch off after logo appears.
This is very bad marketing strategy to force the users to replace there phone.
Visited service center today, after waisting 4 hours or testing, service engineers said....sir please buy a new phone, this phone time period is over, software upgradation unable to wake up the phone, may be some issue is there in motherboard, motherboard replacement charges 8500/-

Can not access recovery mode. Only fastboot mode available
