Widevine L1 downgraded automatically

- Model Name:Asus Rog3
- Firmware Version:17.0823.2008.70
- Rooted or not:not rooted
- Frequency of Occurrence:from today morning
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Netflix and amazon prime

I can see it on L1.
Mine suddenly degraded to L3 in tha morning
I don't know why but amazon prime too degraded to sd quality
I didn't root or unlocked my device

Hi. I also have this problem. Im not sure when it started. I tried factory reset but it did not work. Still SD quality for netflix.

Sorry about the late reply. If you haven't done anything to your device that caused this, more than a simple restart, then you're welcome to contact our support. They will help you to write a new widevine key to your device.
