Hello, my notebook miss 1 torx screw of bottom cover since the notebook arrived. It came sealed so the seller won't accept return.
Any idea where I can get it in Indonesia?

Nope, the service center gave up. I emailed them and they said to go to their service center. When I arrived there, they kind of gave up on the spot since they had tried to procure screws because of complaints and none came.
They have other such complaints. Perhaps Asus' HQ doesn't stock screw so missing screw owners can go to Youtube, post a video that: My laptop missing screw from a sealed package bought online and you can safely say: Don't buy Asus except you buy it offline.
So please, don't be like that Asus.

Already did, except for the RMA number since the customer service immediately rejected me when I showed him the missing screw.
