want { ADAPTIVE BATTERY } option
1. Adaptive battery feature will not solve the issue you are experiencing because adaptive battery will only limit the processing power budget for the app you don't use often, it will not limit or clear a app from ram because doing that will make it impossible to use some features of the app.
2. The app is designed to be running in the background, it is not a bug,

1. Do you use two different app cloners if yes then the app which is running in the background is designed to do that.
2. The screenshot just proves what I said.
