  Check if google play services is updated if not do it still issue exists than try below steps

  Factory data reset ur 5z

  Settings>system>reset options>erase all data

  If factory data reset doesnt fix your issue please take your device to nearest service centre as early as possible

  Note:- please dont forget to backup your important data and take pictures of your device from every angle before submitting your device to service centre

  Make sure there isn't any app working on backend.

  • Clear cache files
  • Restart phone
  • Remove inauthentic apps (if there is any)
