Fast Charging Not working

Having some issues with my rog phone 2 fast charging. Sometimes it doesnot fast charg. Even after rebooting so many timea it doesnot work. There is no plus sogh near the battery while charging. Tried both port. But not working. Then in a sudden somwtimes it starts working again. Having this problem for like a month now. Tried changing the cable as well with orginial asus type c cable. But still having thw same problem. Asy solution regarsing thia issue?

ok, so when your phone is turned on, then you can't hyper charge on any port and when it's turned off, then you can hypercharge on both ports? If this is the case, then I would be very interested in logging your device

Will reply back in couple of days after checking side port and turning off battery care.

At this stage I had turned on battery care & phone was used hyper charge when was off & not used while is turned on ( was using bottom port)

Also could you provide me a link with step by step how to provide you loggs? So in couple of days I will have all evidences for you ready ?
