My mobile is getting switched off automatically and is not responding to power button, and even I have tried for soft reboot . This is happening only after last update. It is very annoying when the device shut downs automatically and I cant do anything to bring back it on. Please help me with this problem. Even now also I am using a laptop for making this thread since my mobile is off for 2 hrs till now.

Sorry I saw this thread first now. For issue like this, try holding volume down + power for 10s until it restarts. Do this 7 times and maybe it will start working again. After this, backup everything, factory reset your phone and download the update from our homepage instead of via FOTA.
If you can't do the above, then please contact a service center
