Frequency of Occurrence: always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):amazon prime video.

I know I am in wrong discussion group it's because no one really cares about this in Zenfone 5z discussion group. I have reported no HD playback on Zenfone 5z on prime video so many times but they have never resolved or even addressed.

Asus has repeatedly, over the course of 2020, attempted to get the ZenFone 5Z approved with Amazon Prime but the efforts have not been successful.
