ASUS max pro M2 Reverse charging Popup issue. When I keep it for charging I can access

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help: ASUS max pro M2 Reverse charging Popup coming repetitively and I can't access my phone :(. When I keep it for charging I can access message will not come once I remove charging then again same issue. Fed-up with this message 😞
Model Name: ASUS ZENPHONE MAX PRO M2
Firmware Version: MAX PRO M2
Rooted or not: lot of time rebooted but issue not solved
Frequency of Occurrence: always if I don't charge mobile
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Reverse charging Popup issues.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue

4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
