ROG 3 phone got switched off

Rooted or not:not
Frequency of Occurrence: most of the times when on a call
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): built in phone call
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Not sure why the phone is turning off again and again when I am on call.

My  ROG 3 keeps restarting automatically and randomly, it happened about 4 - 5 times in the span of the one month I've had this phone, messaged on instagram and they said try clearing system cache which i did and also in safe mode but i faced the same issue again today while scrolling through Facebook.
My device is upto date with the updates that came and I was hoping to find a solution here.
please advise me on how this can be resolved.

Try to update firmware to new version ww.17.0823.2008.78 by FOTa and than Factory Reset 🙂
