I cannot select 4K not 8K to record video

I cannot see where I can select 4K or 8K video? They only resolution is FH or HD?
Where can I find this option? Or have I bought a fake phone.
At the top I can only select FD or HD?
please can someone help explain?

When you tap hd you are supposed to get all the options of 4k,8k etc etc .
Please make a screen recording. Maybe then I can see why

Have I been sold a broken phone. If so, then I would like a refund.
There is no 8K, has ASUS been modelling mis-selling their ROG Phone 3. Isn't this false advertising.

Has this been fixed for you in 2008.78 ? If not, try clearing the storage and cache of the camera app:
Long-press app icon -> App info -> Storage & cache -> Clear both and reboot your device.
