This is regarding bottom speaker issue on my Zenfone 5Z. A week ago i noticed this problem with my 5z' bottom speaker. Earphone (both wired & bluetooth) working fine but some times sound just comes from upper speakers not from bottom speaker.
Now bottom speakers are working as per phone's mood.
Phone is at its latest update... Security patch - 5 sept 2020
Any suggestions other then restarting phone or clearing cache of audio wizard or taking phone to services center or trying safe mode because i have done that all and think its a software issue....!!!

You could try other headphones, maybe via BT, USB C to 3.5mm. My theory is that you have an issue with your 3.5mm jack
