Frequency of Occurrence: when made accidental touch at the edges of the screen

As u can see in the video when ever accidental touch made at the edges of screen whole touch stops working ( in standard mode)

I also have difficulty with the touch, every time I play pubg the shoot button is often pressed twice.
I've tried downgrading to 9 and 10, nothing has changed.
