The mods said sudden restarts are hardware issue and service center says the hardware is okay. So I said they should replace the device if they cannot be sure if the hardware is okay.

Oh u meant it in that way. 🤔
But still i cant stop laughing on asus
They are fighting among themselves blaming on eachother saying hardware issue n software issue but not trying to fix it

Personally I don't believe this is hardware issue, but there software is not optimized.

My shut down issue is solved after downgrading my device to android 9. Can you explain that? I tested this after having my device up for more than 27 hours.

It could be either one of these explanations
You do have a hardware issue. A9 pushes the hardware differently but it should show even in A9 sooner or later
You never had a hardware issue and a simple factory reset could maybe have fixed your issue
You never had a hardware issue BUT a simple factory reset wouldn't have fixed your issue because there's something wrong in the kernel. This can can only be fixed by a totally fresh install by first downgrading to A9 and then upgrading to A10 again
You're very welcome to send me a PM with all the info you can provide such as your SN and IMEI number, RMA number, updated problem description and a log if you have. I can then forward this info and find out exactly why your case was refused a hardware fix.

Its been almost an year for me using this phone and in these months i only faced shut down issue starting from updates that was launched in late A10 for rog 2. Idk if this hardware issue is caused after we buy the device or its already there from the beginning when we buy the device. If its caused after the time passed then its the most fragile piece of hardware i have ever seen in a mobile and if its there since i bought the phone then why was it giving me issue in late A10 updates? Why was its ok in A9 and beginning of A10??
