- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):Amazon Prime Video
Why is Asus not bringing hd support for prime video. I have asked this so many times never received any clear reply.
Let us know so that next time we will be very careful and never purchase Asus phones. It's sad you call this phone a flagship and it doesn't support basic features. Even mid range phones are able to stream prime video in HD.
Oneplus , Xiaomi, realme etc had phones which did not support prime video hd but after requests from their users they did resolve it. Why Asus can't do this.
Just tell me what's the use of HD screen if we cannot play content in HD . Hope you resolve this soon .
