Update manually then
Fota link : https://fota2.asus.com/delta_package/phone/WW_Z01R/formal/WW_user_100.10.107.92_20200715-user-WW_Z01...
Rename : UL-Z01R-WW-100.10.107.99-user.zip
Steps:
1. Download the fota
2. Rename it to the above name
3. Place it in internal storage (not in any subfolder)
4. Restart the phone (you'll get an update prompt,then proceed it'll complete the process normally)
PS. the process takes a while don't panic if it's stuck at 99%

Access the following address and download the update file:
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS661KS/UL-Z01R-WW-100.10.107.99-user.zip
Open the "File Manager" application and enter the "Downloads" folder.
Keep your finger on the file named "UL-Z01R-WW-100.10.107.99-user.zip" until the "Move to" option appears and select it.
Choose "Internal Storage" and press "OK".
Restart your device and wait for the update notification.
