Incoming call audio is working in safe mode but not working in normal mode

I am using Rog phone 3 tencent 12 gb 256 gb version. All calls work fine in safe mode. But, in normal mode there is no audio for incoming calls. Once I pick the call, I am not able to hear anything, the caller also doesn't hear anything. But, out going calls are working fine. I tried factory reset. But, still the same result.

This issue sound similar to what we have fixed in the next FOTA. It should be available soon

Thanks for your response, however, disabling "google-> settings -> voice -> voice match -> Hey Google access your assistant anytime you say hey google, even if your screen is off or you are using favorite app" solved the problem temporarily
