Frequency of Occurrence: non stop
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Viber latest.

On Second Viber account backup and restore functions doesnt work. It gives me an error that drive isnt configured correctly.

Have you checked if your backup are saved properly by log in to the Google drive? data is on a hidden folder in your Google Drive

On my old Samsung S8 is working and restoring data successfully. Tried 1 hour before. On this phone first account restoring data , but second gives me that error.

Twin Apps Viber issue

Have you tried to remove the twinapp app and then add it again? This is normally the fix when the same thing happens with whatsapp
