Please give the official fota update of android 10 in asus zenfone max m1 pro I am waiting from 6 months u are saying in this month u receive uodate from last 6 months but no update is there only 087 update I received on 5 September please give the android 10 update

Victor01_ASUS, is it really difficult to tell us if the Zenfone Max Pro M1 and M2 will have a final and stable version of Android 10? it's just information, YES or NO.
Always the same copy paste answer that doesn't say anything to the customer, is frustrating and ends up disrespecting the customer.
Even because we have been waiting for this definitive update since January this year, 2020, there are almost 9 months waiting, a shame. If another Beta version comes, it's really unfortunate.
Don't you literally feel same for this copy pasting same thing again and again?

Dear Asus people, It is not enough to have discussion forum, you need to discuss with your customers and understand their view point. Discussion means it should be from both sides not just from customer end. Copy - Paste doesn't mean discussion, we are not here for that.
