Asus Max Pro M1/M2 is not available on any online portal

I am using Asus Max Pro M1 since last 1.5 yrs and I truly a big fan of Asus quality. I want same phone for my dad but since last 2 months I am waiting for getting it back In-Stock but it is always showing me "Sold Out" on Flipkart and "Currently unavailable" on Amazon.
I am surprised why Asus phones are not available whereas other Chinese phones are easily available. Please let me know how and from where to buy Asus Max Pro M1/M2 phone.

Go for MiA3 or Nokia phones.

Mi A3 has a 720p (but AMOLED) screen and the fingerprint scanner is VERY slow after a few months.
Otherwise it's a great phone, especially if we use DGCAM.
(but obviously it's Chinese so keep that in mind)

And the software support is same or worst than Asus zenfone max pro m1.

IDK, my brother has that phone and he hasn't complained about the software support. But you are probably correct.

I have one too at home. Xiaomi pushed OTAs late on MiA3 and once of entirely different country with bloat apps. MiA2 in contrast didn't receive much problem.
If a MiA2 MiA3 user just doesn't bother checking again and again for updates , he is good. Both devices are good.
