Asus Battery Health Charging Not Work

Detailed description：
Hi
I install "Asus Battery Health Charging" and select "Maximum lifespan mode". It work truly and my battery charge to 60% and then stop charging. (grate)
I turn of my system and battery continue to not charging (charging led color is white). (grate)
but when turn it on, charging led color turned red and battery start charging until windows completely start up, then charging stoped. and I see that charging increased to 62%
anybody can help me why Asus Battery Health Charging Not Work truly

If you uninstall ""Asus Battery Health Charging"" , then you can charge whole battery upto 100%

I know, but I not want charging My battery to 100%. I want charging until 60% . For this reason use of "Asus battery health charging".
but when power of system and turn on, battery charging over 60% (62%). and after multiple power off and on system, battery charging growing to 100%
then check the registry keys of asus battery health software
Asus battery health charging work truly until my laptop is on and I can select every three mode and this work for me .
my problem is that when Select "maximum lifespan mode" it charging to 60% and then stop charging and this is good but when turn it off and power on again, asus battery health charging not work until my Windows start up completely. Actually my battery start charging between push power on button and startup completely windows, In the event that should not charging.
I not want charging my battery over 60%.
If Your mean is that I must check this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ASUS
there is no "asus battery health" entry on it
just now I installed and checked in registry key, there are many keys are available.
Uninstall Asus battery application and then install again.

I uninstall it, restart my laptop, and install again bun not any entry added to my registry
download .zip file, i earlier attached .
then unzip the file , open then folder , then merge the file ""asus battery health charging.reg"" by rightclick then merge it

I merge it and then restart my laptop, when windows start up, "asus battery health charging " not executed in system try. I manualy execute it from start menu, but not executed.
Uninstall it, restart my system, install it, restart my system and nothing happened and program not executed.
another thing, in your registry file, "InstalledDir" is "C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUS Battery Health Charging\" but my app not install in this path.
windows store apps installed on "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps".
I didn't install battey app from Microsoft store. I have installed by manual , Asus battery application is downloaded from the asus website from few years back.
I Install it from My laptop Driver Download List.
Can you give me link to download please.

I uninstall previous version, remove your Registry keys manually from registry, restart laptop, install with your file, restart laptop
now registry key added to my registry automatically, I check it with your registry version and this is same
Battery Health Charging execute
but bad news is that my problem is not resolved
In my Main problem, my battery start charging between push power on button and startup completely windows and now a little better and Battery stop charging Sooner in the beginning startup windows

My version is 1.0.0004 now
The previous version that installed from Microsoft store is 1.0.7.0
exclude the .exe files of battery charging application in windows defender and I'm controlleed folder access.
also exclude in antivirus application.
Windows defender does not have any option because node32 is installed on system
I exclude Asus Folder with all files in nod32 but problem not resolved

After confirming with technical support,
charging during "boot up to entering OS" is normal since no app can be functioning during this period of time.
ASUS Battery Health Charging will start functioning once device enter OS, and then the charging will stop.
Hope you can understand.
Also, no need to worry that the battery goes up to 62%, it is still in a very good condition.

OK, This is bad, my battery growing to 100% after multiple Power on and off, also cut and connect power reduce my battery life.
I wish there was an option in Bios setup to Disable Battery completely.
My laptop all of day still on my table and not need to use of battery.
