I am really worried and depressed. Flipkart is also denying replacement and refund. Atleast please contact the Flipkart (India) seller to give refund without any obligations.

It would be helpful if you can provide App screenshot where you are facing this.
Also, make sure your software version is latest which is .58.
Yes I have the latest version which is .58 I mistakenly put .47 but I still face the issue everywhere it's very irritating and I am very very depressed. Flipkart's technician is also denying the approval for replacement 😡. Also is this a hardware issue or a software issue ? Please reply. @ARP_ASUS
The Issue is still reproducible in .58 update.

The next FOTA will bring additional improvements to black crush. It's dropping now in September.
Sorry to ask this question here but as a active mod want to ask you if Any news on next firmware for 5z we are still on july security patch 🤷🏻♂️

Tried downloading 4k photo and my software version is 0.58. @ 144 hz and 122 hz it is still evident. at 90 hz it is ok.
I am facing black crush at every level of refresh rate and brightness.😞 I am really very worried and it's affecting my health. @Titan_ASUS @Gustav_ASUS @ARP_ASUS
They said they're pushing update this September, since update will push region by region, for all region to get newest update likely early October.

If it is affecting your health, I would advise you to return your device for a refund and get other phones.
Yeah I want to but Flipkart isn't giving refund and also delaying replacement.
Finally Flipkart accepted my refund request and I returned the phone and I am out of this mess now, feels relieved 😊. Also how do I delete this thread ?
