Lock Screen not working

I just recently updated my phone (ZenFone Max Pro m2) and after the update I'm not able to unlock my phone, used the fingerprint and pin code but after putting the pin code phone stays locked. Any solution to this?

Thank you for your asking. Does the issue happen right after Android 10 update? Kindly refer to the precaution below as a known issue of A10 update.
