Should I update to android 10 ?. Heard and read lot of negative feedbacks of same . Hence asking

Depends on what you're looking for on the update. If you don't have anything that you want, then it would probably be the best to stay on A9.
What would be missing is the security patch update that gets rolled out monthly from Google.

I am in the same dilemma. Lot of users got issues after updating to Android 10 only. So I'm holding on to Android 9 few more days.
I'm still in Android 9 with no courage to update to Android 10 😅😅

Android 9 is no longer supported by ASUS. Its recommended that you switch to A10.
