Suddenly my phone sound became low after reboot my device

Hello, new user here

I need help with my device, so normally i put my volume at around 50% (using headset/earphone) and its loud enough for me, but today i just reboot my device and still have same volume level and when i watched youtube and tried to play game, the volume is lower than usual

Maybe someone can help me with this problem ?
Edit: im using Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 4/64

1. Does the issue appear in earphone only or does the issue appear in speaker as well?
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

3. Please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
4. Please check on SMMI test 
Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>Speaker Test/Receiver Test/Headset Test
If any of the SMMI tests fails, indicating high possibility of faulty hardware, kindly bring your device to the nearest ASUS repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs

Well i tried test no.4 and everything is fine, and i haven't try test 2/3 yet, i dont wanna reset my phone it took ages to get everythings back

The answer for number 1, it only happend when im using headset and earphone, and also i tested my earphone and headset on my pc and they're fine
