microfone com ruidos e estalos

comprei o celular a uma semana, está apresentando estalos e ruidos bem alto ao gravar voz, gameplay e fazer Live. o microfone que faz isso é o esquerdo de baixo. está com o Android 10. cuido como se fosse um rim meu, pois foi o que paguei nele.

By the way are you using an earphone/headphone?
The YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdY20F5WpZ0) with the initial noise sound like air/wind blowing or sudden movement/touch on screen. If you reduce the volume, that should ease that noise. If you can, can you try it with an earphone? The aim is to prevent the echo coming back from the touches you make. Or, record something, step a few metres back and talk normal - the theory is you shouldn't hear the interference.
The attached mp3 file can be anything and it's hard to make out unfortunately for me, so sorry about that you had to convert it to get it attached on here.

Do you have any app with it's own EQ (like poweramp). If you do, uninstall these apps and try again.
It might be hardware issue but before you contact your local asus support, you could try and factory reset your phone.

I reset, but the problem persists.

I also noticed that when shooting, the camera crashes a lot. Is it related to the microphone?
