Try and confirm below:
Does it show charging icon while you put it on charge? Make sure you are using ASUS supplied original charger
Does it crash or turns off at a particular %
What's you phone's software version? Go to setting => About => Software information. Try updating it to latest
Factory reset your phone once, if you are on the latest software version
If nothing work.
