Primary charging port not working

Last week I got a notification saying abnormal charging issue after updating my device, and after that I am not able to use my primary charging port as it is not working. It's been one week and it still doesn't respond if I plug charger in the port. Note that I am using original asus 30wt hyper charger.

Yes even i think the same but bcoz of this corona situation I am not able to move and the nearest service center is also far, I am using 2nd port and I have another 2 month of warenty hope everything become normal in between those so that I can go to asus center.

yes i have the same problem, its very far from the state i live. and if i send them to fix it, it will take 2-3 months for them, and they will charge more money. this is bullshit for big company like this to have stupid issues like this.
