I have received a new update of 603 mb this morning which build number is 087. I have downloaded it but not updated it yet and no description is provided about what is in the update . Should i update this or not?

my asus zenfone max pro m1 6gb variant have internet issuse 4g not working only work for liitle time but working in 3g well.please give a solution.is it bug in 087 update. or other problems.please help me to solve this.
