Please specify your model (UX433UN, UX434FL...)
But almost all of them does not support display export from USB C

The model I have is the one one in the comment you provided: UX434FL-BS72T i7-10510U/1 It's unfortunate that the USB-C does not support the option on such a reasonably powerful computer. Can you please verify?
