ROG PHONE 3 CHARGING SOFTWARE BUG

Model Name: Rog Phone 3 12/512 Global (Philippines)
Firmware Version: 17.0823.2007.58
Frequency of Occurrence: Frequently/every minute
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

What I am experiencing right now is when I use the original adapter and cable(hyper charge / fast charging adapter it will stop charging upon insertion after 1 minute also even when the device is turned off.
But when i use a normal charger it is charging but for 3 hours of course.
Please help as this is very frustrating.

Same with Malaysia strix set, i use slow charging but it was hyper charging no matter what. Please fix this becuz temp reach 38°c+

It's a serious issue .. please help my 15 days old phone is not charging with it's orginal adapter

Are you sure? It will still say hyper charging even if it's slow charging. Did you check how fast it charged?

My colleague says that you need to take it for service if it stops charging after 1 minute. It's more likely that this is hardware than software. Especially since you say it happens even when the device is turned off.
