Screen freeze any particular App or scenario? Also, does it gets fixed only after restart?

Screen freezes (actually the app freezes) while using Google crome browser mainly incognito mode. After reopening through recent apps starts working for a while.

Poor while video calling lots of black crushes and black dotted appeared
