Dono side work nhi kr rha ?
Try it from both type-c ports if not then try to buy another dongle .
My suggestion to buy two cheap one coz it's wire can be ruptured frequently.

Can you check if the cable fits correctly.
There is a side port on ROG Phone 3 check if it works there as well, this isn't a solution just to check if it works.
If still nothing Kindly visit the nearest service center:

Bhai cheap dongle se kharab ho sakta hai phone aur kaam vi nehi kaar raha
I have tried to connect other third party dongles but it just doesn't support the phone,
Shows a pop up of "not compatible with the device , kindly contact Asus "
Bro cheap matlab ni hai ki worst quality ka mera matlab tha bulk sale jo hote haina min 2 piece ka rate kam karke bechte hai aise wale 2 kharid lo and 150 200 ke as pass ata hai o bi shi chalte hai .
Kharid ne ke pehle test karlena kuch kuch dongles kam ni kr rhe rog3 me mere sath hua ye issue
