New update targets black crush in Netflix. Overall device level black crush can be minimised by using screen balance free app. People need to understand that it's same case with other flagship devices from OnePlus, samsung. Can't compare with Apple as they didn't use amoled screens yet.

But user is the one who actually uses the device right ? then it is so obvious to complain if the experience is not upto the mark, be it small or big issue.
Case may be the same , that doesn't mean ASUS should repeat that blunder !
User Experience/Satisfaction is what matters in the end.
I do agree to certain extent that , 100% quality cannot be guranteed by anyone, but it should be very minimal
Yes a proper research is a must from the user end before purchasing or spending hefty amount on a device

Yes it's an issue with all high refresh rate oleds as of now
Even samsung note 20 ultra has tint and display issues (That's an 70k phone)
Phones using samsung display like oneplus have the same complains

It has way worse tint and other issues

my friend has a OnePlus 8 pro I checked for black crush it is very very less and I agree it has some very minimal tint but black crush is very less when compared to Rog 3
