Display got black and not responding . Only the led indicator coming to life when I plugged in the charger . What to do . It is so frustrating it was just 13 months old.

I hold down the power and vol buttons for a while it helped nothing. Again I tried the same thing after a little gap my phone rebooted but if this problem repeats like this, I think I made a wrong decision in selecting and buying ASUS.

I am also using 6z I purchase this 5 months ago.
I visited 3 times to asus service center for issue.
Speaker is dead .
I seen many people facing motherboard issue and hardware issue so Asus using cheap quality parts.
I used honor view 10 before this 2.7 year usage not facing any single issue.
And asus create bug in update so that you buy another phone.
I don't want to buy Chinese phone like Xiaomi,oppo, vivo so I buy asus 6z.
But I think asus is worst in quality than other.
Think if you invest 32000 rs and after 1 year motherboard dead then how it is worth because motherboard is too costly .
So #boycott asus
