Zenbook UX434FLC higher volume causes quite a bit of distortion

mihai_alpha

System: Windows 10
Battery or AC: Problem present both on battery and on AC
Model: UX434FLC
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Reset OS: No
Screenshot or video: imgur.com/a/jFlNde8(video, don't forget to unmute)
========================
Detailed description:
Basically, I demo the default notification sound for Windows 10, but this is just a sample, the problem is always there on most youtube videos at high volumes. In the video I posted, you can hear "tanana BZZZZZ"... That BZZZZ doesn't happen at lower volumes, it only starts from about 60 percent. The BZZZZ happens constantly, without variation for the same audio and the same volume. Is this normal or should I try to RMA the device? Thanks in advance

Hello mihai,
Does this happen on headset?
May I know the version of your audio driver?
Thank you.

Nope, it doesn't happen on a headset. The driver version is 6.0.8825.1, which seems to be the latest.
Also, I did a test using the AudioWizard included software, turning down bass boost down by -12db, and the problem went away. Could this indicate faulty speakers?
