Zenfone Max Pro M 2 *Your device is corrupt

Не знаю как описать проблему- появляется черный экран периодически. Никаких новых приложений не скачивала. Сначала на экране появляется маленькое черное пятно, похожее на толстую запятую. При перезагрузке пропадает. Теперь еще и при включении-выключении и перезагрузке выдает черный экран с текстом. Что делать и как лечить?

    B. Please try the following steps to access recovery mode for the Factory Reset:

    0. Try to back up your data with USB cable if you can

    1. Power off the phone, then keep pressing "volume down key"

    2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration. Still keep pressing "volume down key"

    3. Stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen

    4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset">"Factory data reset"

    5. "Reboot system now"

  • Никаких манипуляций с телефоном не проводила, обновлялся только самостоятельно. Сама никаких модернизаций телефона не проводила. Попробую сбросить до заводских настроек.

  • Сброс до заводских настроек не помог, выдает эту фразу- couldn't load bitmap fill ball error 7,supported API 3, wiping data.
