I can't connect my AeroActive Cooler, everytime I try to connect it it shows this message but I've been using the one that you gave with the phone. How can I fix this?
Did you try restarting your phone?
I tried it but it's still the same, it can't recognise the Cooler/Fan

Also, try cleaning both connectors. We've had one case where the user got this message due to dirty side port or connector on the Aeroactive cooler
